I found a terrier/Poodle mix in Ozark last night 01/30/2012 between the Sparta exit and Highlandville exit on Collins Road. She is white and I think older. She has a pink collar and has a pink sweater on. She looks like she might be blind in her left eye. I will have her until the end of the week and then I will have to take her to the Humane Society. I already have a big dog and a kitten so I won’t be able to keep her. Please if this is your dog call me at anytime no matter how late or early I want her to get her home back.

Baby is a very friendly black female puppy probably 6-8 months old, breed unknown. She had on an old faded pink collar. Her distinctive markings are a white patch on her chest and a mix of black and white on all four paws. Please call Pam at 417-848-7429.

I found someone's lab in Ozark. It's black with a white chest, an older dog, starting to gray. Fat, and rather short for a lab. He was wearing a black collar with a silver reflector stripe on it when I found him on Tuesday. I have called the Ozark animal control, the local vets, as well as putting an ad on Craigslist. I am missing two catahoula / weimaraner cross puppies. They look like really floppy eared black labs. One male named Max, and a female named Abby. Max and Abby are litter mates and are always with one another. They will be 5 months the end of July, and Max was wearing a leather collar, Abby was not. This fella showed up in Bain edition in Ozark MO, on May 9th 2011, hot, tired, and dehydrated. This dog was previously owned and from his appearance wore a choker chain collar. His neck was blackened from the chain. He had already been picked up previously by animal control and on the 9th was scheduled to be put down because no one claimed him. Luckily he escaped the pound on the day he was to be put down! We don't want to give him away yet until time has passed for the owners to post signs or something. We have taken him to Ozark Veternary Clinic and he did not appear to have a chip. They guessed he is approximately a one year old. We also have put up a notice at Pet Smart. If no one claims him then we will try to find him a good home. We would keep him, but sadly we cannot as we have three dogs already and four would be just too much!
