TAYLOR SWIFT - All criminal charges against the man who trespassed on Taylor Swift's Nashville property earlier this month have been dropped. According to TMZ, prosecutors have decided not to pursue criminal charges against 24-year-old Jacob Kulke, who was arrested on December 14th after reportedly hopping a fence near Taylor's property. Officials say Jacob claimed he was Taylor's boyfriend, and that he had traveled from Wisconsin to be with T for her birthday. According to Jacob's attorney, one of the reasons he won't be prosecuted is because the property lacked "No Trespassing" signs.

"My best New Year's Eve is definitely when my wife and I started back dating. We started back dating right before Christmas, and we went on a trip down to Florida and met some friends. And her birthday is New Year's Eve. We celebrated it that night and it was just a great night." The couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on December 8th. Luke and Caroline have two sons.
